Easy Going...

I believe I'm pretty much a 'let go' person. I let go of anything that hurts me, anyone who saddens me, any excess that troubles me. I live my life without carrying an extra baggage, and walk on with just what I essentially need.

I think this trait can be clearly seen in how my wardrobe never grows bigger, and my closet has remained the same size since years ago. I educate myself to let go of the old clothes I have, pass it on to someone who might need it more, and replace them with new ones. I only keep very few clothes which I really really really love. Otherwise, they are handed down, or go into garage-sales.

Same goes to furniture, shoes, artworks, cards. And people. As much as I love meeting new people and making friends with them, I filter out those who I know do not benefit my life in any way. This does not mean I am picky. I am selective. Being picky sounds more negative, somehow implying that we choose only to make friends with people that share the same social status, education level, religion, or race. And I don't. I do, however, select people who I know do not carry a bad influence, and bring positive energy for me in any possible way.

In life, there will always be things, or people, that make us cry, that betray us, that steal from us, that make us wanna kill ourselves at a certain point of time. But let go. Let go of the anger, the grudge, and any intention for revenge. Let go and see the bigger picture. An unhappy moment in life, is just another moment among other moments to come. Let go and move on.

And let go of the people who hurt you. They are toxic. It's nice to be nice, but it's wiser to be wise. I believe God taught us to be nice to people, but God never told us to please everyone we know. We have the right to do the right thing. And as the owner of our own life, we know what's right for us.

And clothes. They're just clothes. Pass them down. Buy new ones. They just wrap the outside. They do not feed our soul.

Birmingham King

World No 1 and our local hero, Dato' Lee Chong Wei stunned tournament favourite Lin Dan 21-17, 21-17 to defend his men’s singles title in All-England Championships that ended yesterday. He in fact won for himself and Malaysia much more than simply the world’s most prestigious badminton championship.

Chong Wei, through sheer grit and hard work, overcame the psychological barrier and proved he could beat Lin Dan, not in some lesser tournament but a major one at that. He thus avenged his 2009 defeat by Lin Dan at the same stage of the tournament and also gained the undisputed right to be the World No. 1.

All of Chong Wei’s achievements are certain to give him and Malaysia a big boost in the preparations for the upcoming 2012 London Olympics, at which we are targeting at least four gold medals. An example of determination, dedication and discipline, Chong Wei must certainly inspire his teammates and our budding champions with these qualities that will earn for them and our nation more honours in the future.

Let us not fail to also recognize our doubles pair of Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong who qualified for the final at the 2011 All-England tournament with some great wins en route but ultimately lost in a close tie to the Danish pair of Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen.

We are proud of the achievements of our badminton stars of yesteryear and our champions of today. Let us hope we’ll witness even greater successes in the years ahead.

Oh.... I'm so proud to be Malaysian!!!

Massive Earthquake Rocks Japan!

By the time I'm writing this post, all people over the world might probably have heard and knew about one of the hottest news happened in our history today.

We were all shocked with the news of two terrifying tragedies, seemingly endless minutes Friday. First the most powerful earthquake ever recorded in Japan shook apart homes and buildings, cracked open highways and unnerved even those who have learned to live with swaying skyscrapers. It ranked as the fifth-largest earthquake in the world since 1900 and was nearly 8,000 times stronger than one that devastated Christchurch, New Zealand, last month. (One after another, is it a normal nature xtvt or a result of the human violences toward the earth and this is how the earth retaliated to us back).

Then 2ndly came a 10-metres high devastating tsunami that slammed into northeastern Japan and killed hundreds of people. The violent wall of water swept away houses, cars and ships. Fires burned out of control. Power to a cooling system at a nuclear power plant was knocked out, forcing thousands to flee. A boat was caught in the vortex of a whirlpool at sea.

The death toll rose steadily throughout the day, but the true extent of the disaster was not known because roads to the worst-hit areas were washed away or blocked by debris and airports were closed.

Japan's stock market drops and the world's economic also affected on this tragedy.

It was such a terrible disaster and the lost of not only properties and valuables, but the most important thing was their love ones is deeply shared by all of us. It is time for us to unite, together we pray for them... for their safety, strength to face the ruins and re-construct back their country.

P/S : Following this, a major tsunami warning was issues to more than 50 countries, including much of the pacific coast, which will be the worst affected regions in the case of a possible tsunami. Hope all of us will take this warning seriously and take extra pre-caution anytime you're near with the beach area.

MY AVATAR

I'm on MC today due to un-stability of my stomach condition. I cannot sleep last night and woke up at 5am, throwed up all the foods consumed yesterday. The gas inside my stomach rumbled that caused me fill-out all the stuffs in my stomach via my upper and back organ. I was dehydrated but phobia to take any food and until now, I just ate 2 slices of bread and orange juice so far.

Being off from work means a lot of times to update my blog however I had found something more interesting which I supposed to do before however due to my tight schedule, I copy the link and promise to try it when I got free time. And now it's the perfect time for me to proceed with the project. So here it is my first attempt, to do an AVATAR of me with the guide from PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL. It took me about 2 hours but I really enjoyed it. The result is quite satisfying (even you might obviously found it was quite rough) and the nose which was the difficult part, I need to spent more time to make it flat like the real Na'vi.

Maal Hijrah 1431H

Salam Maal Hijrah to all bloggers…

Wosshhh…….. diam x diam one year had passed and its time to ponder back what I’ve done for the past year, either all the goals had successfully achieved or not and to set back new aims and goals for this year. As for me, my goals are normally the same, simple and yet very hard to achieve it entirely. It’s not that it was impossible, but maybe I have to work very hard and really focus to make its all came true. Below are my normal goals that I never miss to set each year :

1) To become better Muslims, to make sure that whatever that I’ve done are in line with Islam’s practice
2) LOOSE WEIGHT 10kg!!! More is better for sure.. :D
3) Control my financial, started to spend for future
4) More pro-active in work. Get more order for company!!
5) I hope that I will met my “soul mate” and move on one step in my relationship

As U can see, I’ve list out that this year I hope to meet my Suitor or to make it more direct I wish that I will find a man that suits me, the best for me and fated to become my husband. I will be a great liar if I told you that marriage never came cross my mind and I never feel worry about it. I’m nearly 30 and living in Malaysia and Muslim, even how sophisticated you’re, being single is still a taboo. Been called “andartu” is like a curse and people will never let you peace until you get married. Everywhere you go, people will ask when you will get marry and they will start to make their own perception on you. Either you are to choosy, busy and too focused on work so you got no life and time to find a man or more worse you been labeled as “tak laku”… All this scenarios normally will bring pressure to these single women. They will become desperate to get marry not because their heart says so, but it because to shut up people mouth.

Alhamdullillah, despite all these perceptions, I still got a strength to just let it be.. don’t bother. Its not their mistake after all. Maybe they’re just concern. I always let a positive thought mingles around my mind to make myself become positive, I hate to think negative on people… It had help me much especially in my current circumstances. I got a lot of things & problems to handle and to think, so I don’t have enough time to add more thoughts in my mind about others people.

Like what I always wrote in my previous blog, we can only plan and the final result will be decide by the man above. I’m a strong believer of God. I put 100% on my fate to Him as I know he knew what the best for me. And it is part of “Rukun Iman” that we should trust on “Qada’ & Qadar” where what ever had been destined to us will be happened. That’s why I put marriage last on my list. As the first goal until the fifth one is something that I can plan and arrange. There is less “luck” involved. If I really working hard on it, I will get a good result. If not, then I will fail. However in term of marriage and “jodoh”, sometime even how hard we search for it, if there’s no luck yet, so that's it. That is why I did’nt want to stress on that so much because Im afraid if my time is’nt come yet, I will be down and de-motivated. Just continue my life as ussual and “jodoh’ will come if He says it’s time. Im ready to be in love again, and I hope this time will be real one and last until marriage. Ya-Allah, I wish that all my prayers will be granted and hope this 2010 will bring more happiness to me and my family. I pray for your endless bless and guidance. Amin Ya Rabbal Alamin.

A MISSING BOY

Last 2 days, I went to CIMB Bank at Kajang around 9pm. It was raining and the town was so packed and congested probably because people were out for Deepavali shopping. I was just finished my business on the ATM machine when I heard a Malay boy, about 7 years old crying out loud to a guy nearby who also seemed to do a transaction at the ATM. He screamed "papa...papa" and the guy replied "sekejap yer".. My first thought that it was just a normal argument between father n son but I managed to realize what really happened when an Indian lady asked that guy "Is that ur son" and he replied no. I got the idea that this boy was separated from his family for quite a long time based on his puffy and swollen eyes plus he kept calling for his papa. I cannot imagined how long he had been lost, where was the last place he noticed that his family was not there and either his family realized that their son had been missing. It was such a very touching scene to see a hopeless boy crying for his father. One thing that made me relieved was the fact that the boy was lucky to meet a responsible man. Last conversation I heard between that guy and the Indian lady that he was going to send the boy to a police station and for me it was a wise decision. After make sure everything was fine, I walked to my car but that situation was still hanging around my head and I could still heard his crying echoing at my ears. I kept on wandering what will happen to that boy if he met the wrong person or had an accident? In the end, all I can do was to pray that he will meet his family back.

So for all my dearie friends, I’m writing this note as a reminder to all of you, whether it is your daughter/son, sister/brother or niece/nephew… every time if you’re out with children, please remember to be extra carefull. Watch them properly as you might not want anything like adik Nurin Jazilin or Syalini happened again because if it is too late, there is no regret. Prevention is the best action.

Ramadhan updates - Part 2

This year Ramadhan is quite lucky for me as Public Holiday falled twice on Monday which means I got the weekend holiday longer. On the national day (2nd week of Puasa), I went back to Kg once again. This time suasana lebih meriah as my niece already there at my house (she had a week of school holiday, so she spent her holiday at kampung)so did my sister (Ucu)and her husband. We had everything that we requested our mum to cook and ronda2 at Pekan Tampin to "mencuci2 mata". What a wonderfull weekend it was. Seperti biasa, berat hati bila cuti dah habis. On Monday, after berbuka I went back to KL with my niece, reached there around 11pm and straight to bed. The next day will be back to work and my routine at office will never change the slightest.

One of the common activities during fasting month especially at the city is program berbuka puasa. On the 2nd week of Ramadhan, I already got 3 invitations to berbuka. My first program was on 2nd of September with my scholl mates at Restoran Sinar Mesra, Pandan Indah. It supposed to be 4 of us to join the program, but Haiza was unable to join so it's just Kayrie, Naza and me. Eventhough all of us were late, I was the erliest one came to that restaurant and it was already 7pm, but luckily its still availabe seat for us. As ussual we had a chit-chat until pukul 10 lebih then barulah balik ke destinasi masing2.

The other 2 invitations were held on the same day on the 5th September (Saturday), however I was unable to atttend both as it just happened that my elder sister had a last minute plan to celebrate my niece birthday on that date which obviously I had no choice but to help her on the preparation. Its not a big party, just closed family attended like Ucu and husband plus my fren, Nick. For your information, I still managed to go to office that morning since there was an urgent clarification that I needed to answer. I reached home around 2pm and Nick arrived around 3pm. We had a rest a while then went out to buy a juadah berbuka around 5pm and survey2 baju raya at Metro kajang. By the time we reached home, Ucu already there and Along already prepared a very delicious and good looking of Mee-Curry. We all gathered and berbuka puasa bersama which I feel really worth it compared to 2 berbuka puasa program that I'd missed. Yg paling best was when I was windowed shopping with Nick, in her desperation to get money before raya (since gaji blum masuk, both of us hanya mampu to look and reserved baju2 yg berkenan with a hope to buy later after we received our salary) she had promised that If I pray that she will get her bonus before Raya, she will belanja me a baju raya. She also told my sister to pray for her bonus so that she can borong habis one drop perfume from my sister. Hehehehe..........

Like I mentioned to you before, I got twice Monday as a Public Holiday so for this week, once again I bercuti on Monday for Nuzul Quran. On the next day Sunday, Along ajak balik kg (again) so I went back to my hometown with her. This time my mom had prepared laksa for berbuka. We only stayed for one night and tomorrow back to KL. My routine started to normal when Im back to work on Tuesday but what had bright up my day was when I received a message from Nick remind me to make myself free on Sunday because she wanted to spent time shopping with me(apalagi maknanya bonus dia dah masuk la tu... YAHOO!!!) and the best part is merasalah org belanja baju raya. So on the 3rd weekend, I went to shop with Nick, bukan setakat baju raya, tapi merasalah juga kasut raya yg di sponsor oleh Nick. Wah mmg meriah raya kali nie. Yg kelakarnya, org beli baju dulu then baru match kasut, but Im the other way. I found shoes first then br terkial2 nak cari baju yg match kaler which is maroon. Luckily jumpa and yg penting cantik pula tue. My taste la... Nick did'nt berbuka sekali so that day it just along n me berdua berbuka puasa because my brother in law was outstation. Another week to go... Yahoo!!!!

Salam Ramadhan

Hi Bloggers,

We're already reached the Ramadhan month and I would like to take this oppurtunity to wish all muslims "Salamat menyambut Ramadhan and Selamat Berpuasa". Its already 2nd day of fasting and so far even with the current issues of economis turndown and H1N1, however its still does'nt effect the mood of Ramadhan. Everywhere in Bazaar Ramadhan still packed with people, its just as a precaution most of them wear a mask to prevent the spreading of H1N1 virus. I just went back from my hometown to celebrate my first fasting there. Nothing special on the event as I just wanted to be with my mom during this special month and concentrate on the "amal ibadat" as well. Tomorrow as ussual, start working and this would be my 1st experience fasting at the new place. Work load is still more (even more I think) but so far Im positive that I can manage it (maybe its because of the fasting which teach us to be more patient). I had set my goal for this month where I wanted to practice as much as I can on the ibadat and amal jariah. I really hope that I can achieved it. Marilah kita sama2 berdua di bulan yg mulia ini agar segala amal ibadat kita diterima, dan agar kita di jauhi dari segala dugaan dan bala bencana yg menimpa. Amin yarabbal alamain.

Cinderella's Pumpkin Carriage Found!!

~ Cinderella met the price and they live happily ever after ~

So that was the end of Cinderella’s tale but her carriage seems to be existed until now. Perhaps the fairy god mother who used to help Cinderella forgot to transform the carriage back to it's original form/pumpkin so it had been travelling all around the world and finally settled down to be at........... JUSCO Cheras Selatan, Balakong Malaysia.

Believe it or Not???

SAILORMOON IS BACK

Salam....

MAKE UP! Did U miss me...? I guess not....hahahaha

It has been a long time that I didn't update my blog since I started my new job. There's lots of thing I need to update. My new office and job, my latest xtvt and so much more. I need to list one by one and start slowly. One thing I have to tell you guys that I'm extremely busy with my assignment plus all the internet accesses at the office are blocked. By da way I will try to find time to keep my blog "alive" back and hope you all will be patient for my next entry. Don't worry tak kan "SAILORMOON" hilang di dunia. Hahahaha of course unless when its time to go, no one can stop that. It's Allah business. For mean time, I leave you guys with a lyric from a song title : The Climb from Miley Cyrus and hope the words can motivate and encourage us to strive for our success and never surrender. Insyaallah...

THE CLIMB
I can almost see it
That dream I'm dreaming but
There's a voice inside my head sayin,
You'll never reach it

Every step I'm taking,
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking but I
Got to keep trying
Got to keep my head held high

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes I'm gonna to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

The struggles I'm facing,
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes they knock me down but
No I'm not breaking
I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I'm going to remember most yeah
Just got to keep going
And I, I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on, cause

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes I'm gonna to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

Keep on moving
Keep climbing
Keep the faith baby
It's all about
It's all about
The climb
Keep the faith
Keep your faith

Imigresen, HAIR coloured, Bohsia & JaMMing...

Morning World....

Its Friday and today Im ON LEAVED... What a beautifull day. Well today my schedule will be quite packed. First right after breakfast, I need to go to Immigration to update my passport status. I will be going for holiday next week.. YAHOO!! Few days left before my resignation, so I need to prepare mentally and physically before started at the new place.

Talking about START, for me it means the beginning of one phase, new & fresh and its just made me felt so motivated in creating a new version of myself. Learning, improving and contributing are few aspect that will be applied in the process to turning myself for a better person. So why not I start with a bit of changes physically as a motivation. Let say new image, I mean new fresh image so the bored-looking image will be vanished and transforming to the new look as a trigger to my mind so that I will keep updating myself and not stay at an "old curve" forever. Hahha, ok..ok la straight to my point, I wanted to get hair coloured today. Maybe highlight too!! (I need to check the cost first). I'm also determined to keep my hair long (never had a long hair before) after been encouraged by my friend. Well we wait n see OK.

After my hair job's done, my next plan is to watch movie which on my friend's treat. (Thanks Najmiey, luv ya!!!). He will "belanja" me for lunch too!! What a great friend he is... We will watch "BOHSIA" at 3pm. Then as ussual, its Friday once again my friend, so tonite I will be attending a BODY JAM class. One of my fav! Dancing queen will be back on the dance floor. Cant wait for IT xpecially with my new hair. Wahhhh..... I LIKE!!

PARENTS VS MAID???

I got this from an email. My first thought that this must be another funny email from my frens and I did laugh in the beginning, however after a second I started to realize something. This picture also brought a serious message to us. It shown how straight and honest a mind of the children. I think its true that lesson started from home and from the mind of this child, he (I assumed he's a boy by his name) was grown up with love, care and attention given by his guardian/maid. He had been educated by his own experience that all these tasks are his maid responsibility so he actually did answer correctly. This is something for us (xpecially parents) to ponder and take it as a lesson. No wonder nowadays there are more and more children abandoned their parents and not respect them, it is because their relationship is not close and resulted in loosen of family's institution. Moral of the story is don't ever forget our responsibility as a parents, children are a precious gift from god that money cant buy so no matter how busy you're, please find time to spend a quality time with family together. FAMILY SHOULD COME FIRST.

Today... Just today..

Hello world, hope U all are fine and have a great day....

Yesterday's body jam class was the most challenging, wild and happening I ever had. I feel so great and energetic.

For today's update, I would like to wish good luck to all candidates for tri-elections that are held at three constituencies : Batang ai, Bukit Gantang and Bukit Selumbar today. I hope that all voters will make a wise decision in determining who is capable and the best to suit the position. We're expecting to get the full result by tonight.

There's also an interesting issue I heard at Sinar FM this morning regarding something that we regret the most. One caller shared her experience when she was in form 5, she's really in loved and neglected her study. 24hrs dating so her SPM result was not good even she's actually a bright girl. She dreamt to be a teacher, but now she lost both boyfriend and her ambition. What a waste. Like what she said "Yang di cinta tak sampai, yang di cita tak tercapai"..... Well it's a good lesson for all of us... hehehehe.

Last but not least, tonight I will have a tuition class for math PMR and SPM. Im planning to direct go there from office. Thats all for today and I hope I will be coming with more interesting post in the next update ok. Insyaallah.....

HARI INI DALAM SEJARAH

MALAYSIA A NEW CHAPTER

I would like to congrat Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is today officially become Malaysia’s sixth prime minister, taking over from Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who stepped down after leading the country for over five years.

Datuk Seri Najib took his oath of office before Yang di Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin at Istana Negara and signed his letter of appointment as Prime Minister.
It such a historic event as it's also witnessed the presence of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali. At the same ceremony, Datuk Seri Abdullah was conferred the nation’s highest award, the Seri Maharaja Mangku Negara (SMN), while his wife Datin Seri Jeanne received the Seri Setia Mahkota (SSM) by Tuanku Mizan. Both awards carry the title Tun.

Najib signing his letter of appointment as Prime Minister.

Yes, today marks a new chapter for the country. This is a defining moment in our history. I hope this transition will give Malaysia a good impact in all areas and provide changes aligned with current issues and requirements. Good luck to Datuk Seri Najib.

To Pak Lah our former PM, now the burden of office that he has served so sincerely has been lifted. I would like to thank for all his contributions, wish him well, have a good health and a peace that transcends all that the world can promise.

Im so touched by this photo.

Part time job

This is my update for my yesterday's entry for the quest of Taman Wahyu. Alhamdullilah I was successfully reached there and collected the stuff that my sister had sent to me.

This year Im starting to have a part time job as a tutor at tuition centre in Semenyih area. I teach Add Math, Math PMR and Math for SPM every Tuesday and Thursday. Its quite challenging since I need to revise back all the topics from basic plus I didn't have any background in teaching. Students nowadays are very advance and in addition to teach these subjects in English require me to have lots of skills (teaching, psychology..etc), advance preparations and good communication in English. Of course even most of the topics are still the same, but the contents are different and more standard then what I used to learn before. So far, after 3 months I didn't encounter any major difficulties yet, everything went smoothly as I scheduled just sometimes struggled to catch up with the syllabus.

Tonight I will teach new subject which is chemistry. What a tough subject and Im thinking to drop one subject. I cannot focus if there is too much to teach because of course teach more means more pay but I have to keep the quality as well. Even its just a part time job, but the parents of students there already put their trust on me to teach their children. Its a responsibility that money cant buy. I cannot be so greedy, as Im afraid like what pepatah lama said "yg dikejar tak dapat, yg dikendong berciciran". Wish me luck in tonight's class!!

Taman Wahyu where are you???

My younger sister who is currently studying at Medan had pass something to her friend who went back to Malaysia, so we needed to collect that stuff form her friend's house at Taman Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh. I'd been there before but it was 2 years ago and it was night plus my ex who drove the car on that time.

The actual plan was my elder sister will go with my mom this morning since she's free. But last minute she told me that she can't make it and asked me to go instead. I was so angry because I don't think I could find the house plus I'm working and I had a meeting at 2.30pm. Reluctantly I asked Ucu (my other sister) to accompany me and we went out from office during lunch time at 12.30pm. As expected, there were many new highways, links and traffic jam that made me confused and we're just "pusing-pusing" at Jalan Ipoh area. No sign of Taman Wahyu. (Oh god, please give me ur wahyu...). Since its already 2 o'clock, I turned back to office. Just forget it! I had enuff already. Wasting my fuel!

I managed to reach office before 2.30pm and I know that my sister will blame me, but I'm not familiar with that area how could they expected me to remember. I'm so pissed and frustrated. I will try to search again Taman Wahyu this evening after work. Wish me luck! I'll update you'll on my quest of TAMAN WAHYU..
