Birmingham King

World No 1 and our local hero, Dato' Lee Chong Wei stunned tournament favourite Lin Dan 21-17, 21-17 to defend his men’s singles title in All-England Championships that ended yesterday. He in fact won for himself and Malaysia much more than simply the world’s most prestigious badminton championship.

Chong Wei, through sheer grit and hard work, overcame the psychological barrier and proved he could beat Lin Dan, not in some lesser tournament but a major one at that. He thus avenged his 2009 defeat by Lin Dan at the same stage of the tournament and also gained the undisputed right to be the World No. 1.

All of Chong Wei’s achievements are certain to give him and Malaysia a big boost in the preparations for the upcoming 2012 London Olympics, at which we are targeting at least four gold medals. An example of determination, dedication and discipline, Chong Wei must certainly inspire his teammates and our budding champions with these qualities that will earn for them and our nation more honours in the future.

Let us not fail to also recognize our doubles pair of Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong who qualified for the final at the 2011 All-England tournament with some great wins en route but ultimately lost in a close tie to the Danish pair of Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen.

We are proud of the achievements of our badminton stars of yesteryear and our champions of today. Let us hope we’ll witness even greater successes in the years ahead.

Oh.... I'm so proud to be Malaysian!!!

Murphy Futsal Tournament 2011

Day / Date : Saturday (5th March 2010)
Venue : Ampang Sports Planet

Lina was organizing a futsal tournement for her company and she invited me to join her team since they're kind of short of members. It was an inter-level competition (well U know how many levels are there at KLCC tower right?), where one team should consist mix of min 2 ladies player and 1 man as a goal keeper which was mandatory.
I was involved in the Murphy Futsal Tournament 2 years ago but not as player, only committee member AKA Score Keeper.

Im not that good in futsal ( though I've been called a striker and "ayam tambatan" for my former company's team... oh perasan hokey :D ), but it had been a year off from futsal resulted in my lack of stamina + confidence + skill + tactic... so on....so on..., imagined how less I would contribute to my team in the game. However, due to this year resolution to get back in shape (well that is actually an every year goal), motivation from Lina plus free jersey that I would get for free, Wow! That was really a strong encouragement so I agreed and IN to the game!

Then that was it. On the day, Lina, Miss Yatie (dedicated photographer) and I went out early in the morning to Ampang Sports Planet, prepared for the game and around 9.30am the game started. My team wore a white jersey and the list of teams participated was as below :

Guess which one was our team?? I had no idea about the team's name selection as I was outsider and all I knew my team was Group A4-Level 31 : SUBSURFACE.

There were all together 6 teams competing and each group had total 6 games in a first round (1 game = 10 mins).

Unfortunately we lost almost in all the matches (yup gelak la... Looser kan...Huhuhuhu), so obviously we didn't make it to the second round.

The first round finished around 12pm, so I decided to go home as I had no more business here (dah kalah dh pun)... lgpun sebenarnya I wanted to go back to my hometown afterward with my sister Uda. During the intermission before the second round started, I took an oppurtunity to snap photo inside the pitch with Lina.

Then photo of myself berangan with the 1st prize voucher worth RM800!!
P/S : Please ignore my oily, greasy face ok.

Piala rebutan. THE CUP!

Then I bidded goodbye to Lina and all my team mates, heading to Kajang. Pick up Uda and together to my favourite place in the whole world.... a place called HOME.

Here are some of the photos taken with our new group T-shirt and I named it Sweet Korn. Thanks to Kak Linda yg x abis2 ejek grup kitaorg sweet corn…. trus melekat jd nama uniform kitaorg. ADE BRANS.... Perang paintball

Ade brans…?? Extreme Challenge

I first had received email from Kak Sue (my office’s mate) who invited me to play Paint Ball/ Go-Kart/ Bungee Jumping at Sunway after GAJI. This will be our company non-official xtvt where my group (So Sweet Grup) will challenge Kak Sue’s team (Initially was Indah Damai) and we decided to get a t-shirt also for each team. Since our paid day normally will be end of month, we decided to make it as early as possible before we ran out our budget. 1st week of November was Deepavali, so we all agreed on the 2nd week which was Saturday, the 13th.

So far here was the list of members for each team :

So Sweet Grup

1) Hazelin
2) Hafizah Nur
3) Maziyatun
4) Nor Hafizah
* ZT was unable to play.

Indah Damai

1) Kak Sue
2) Kak Linda
3) Kak Liza
4) Ratna Sari
* Suma otai nie

That was the day when Ladies Extreme Day came out. Right after we committed the challenge and confirmed the date, problem started to come one by one.

We received quotation from Sunway Extreme park. Total price given was lumpsum for minimum 20paxs. We will have a paint ball and Go-Kart. Each will have to pay RM150 (plus T-shirt). Check here for more info : SUNWAY EXTREME PARK

Our problemnya plak ialah :
- The price RM150 calculated assuming that 20 persons were joining the game. We already open the invitation for all ladies at KNM and so far we managed to get 14 persons only.
- Lower participant will increase the amount that we need to pay since the package given was per lumpsum and not per person.
- RM150 was such a pretty big amount for certain people….

Our final solution was to change the venue… Instead of Sunway we swapped to Paintball at Putrajaya. The price was a bit cheaper however Go-Kart was excluded. I was a little bit frustrated but our main point to play paintball. As long Paintball is available, its fine with me. On contrary we got more paintball session, meaning bole main sampai puas la… That’s ease my feeling a bit….
A bit info on Putrajaya Paintball Park.

So after everybody agreed, one final email launched. Total we had to pay each was RM110 with T-Shirt included. We designed and booked our T-Shirt; Striking Yellow for SWG and Shocking Pink for The Angels (nama Indah Damai x commercial kot) heheheh….

Everything settled and now just wait for the day to come. Im so excited for the games but nervous on the same time as this will be the first time for all SWG members except Mazura. Harap2 x jadi pasukan belasahan…. Hehehe. Will update ya on the game later, da…

P/S : Im using the word “we” in all sentences describing the preparation of this plan, however the actual anchor women who organizing this project were Kak Sue, Kak Liza and Kak Linda. Hat off to them for all the hard work and turn this plan to reality! You all really rawk!!

Final FA CUP

Saturday - 10th April 2010

It was unplanned. I called Yantoq that morning to confirm on the plan to meet Liny, however Yantow was unable to go. She had plan to watch Final FA CUP Kedah versus N9 at Bukit Jalil that night with her husband (Shah), who was the strong supporter of Kedah Team. ODW to buy the tickets, suddenly Yantoq asked me either wanted to join or not. Walla... a rare chance to grab, i gave my confirmation instantly even been warned by Yantoq that I have to sit with Kedah supporter (of course la what do you expected when knowing I got an opportunity to go there on Shah's ticket.) I might be more keen to support N9, but I didn't really bother much actually, my main focus was just to experience the live football game which this was the second one. (My first experience was back somewhere in 94/95 where I supported Red Giant SELANGOR that time!).

I got my ticket... RM20/seat

P4112816

At 6pm, I already on my way to LRT Sg Besi where I parked my car and took the train to the stadium to avoid traffic. There were lots of people who thought like I did as the car park was so full and LRT also packed with supporters which mostly from N9. Luckily I wore all black so I could swap easily like chameleon. On the train I was save with black attire & red bag/shoes like the N9 theme, at the stadium I switched to wear green n yellow scarf which I put it on my bag earlier. Its like "above the fence" supporter, hahahaha.

P4102729

Siap tanya Yantoq lagi "Weh ape tagline utk sokong Kedah ek? Yg aku tau N9, Hobin Jang Hobin"...
Very obvious that Im not a Kedah's follower, luckily Yantoq informed "Pulun, Kedah Pulun". Ok..ok now I know.

Yantoq well prepared for the Kedah Team

Salute for supporters for both team as there were no violence acts or unwanted incidents happened. So far under control and as U already knew, N9 wins with penalty goal 5 against 4. Frankly from my personal opinion, I thought Kedah would win that night as they played harder n made more attempts to score a goal then N9 did. They played very well and gave really tight challenge for N9 however the luck was not on their side. Well.... I didn't want to comment much on it as I'm not a football-geek pun to comment at all, minat biasa2 je la. You may get all the info from this LINK.

With yantoq at our seats. Hahahah oleh kerana terlalu bersemangat bersorak sambil berdiri, Yantoq nyaris2 tersembam ke bawah sbb kedudukan kami agak tinggi & cerun. Lps tu trus kena control jap, tp kejap je la, lpas tu lupa diri balik!

P4102756

All sweaty... yg kelakarnya Shah yg betul2 support Kedah cool jer, kitaorg yg atas pagar nie beria2 bersorak. Nama pun perempuan...OVER!

P4102799

Overall, I was so happy to see a fair n competitive game, really worth it. We went back right after the game ended, well Kedah dah kalah wat ape tunggu lama2 lagikan.
Kedah supporters emptied their seats....

I went back to the LRT which operation had been extended until 1pm, and reached home at 12.30am.

Aerobic Class - Presint 14 Putrajaya

I got an invitation to conduct an aerobic for Presint 14 community, Putrajaya every Saturday at 7.30am. It was ZT who suggested my name to the chairman of P14 community, En Husni during their meeting. As you know, mostly of the Putrajaya residences are government staff so they got some budget allocated for the recreation of their blocks, however the commitmence from "kaum2 ibu" yg x berapa memberangsangkan. One issue here was ZT and I were outsider, we were here on Miza's ticket as Zt stayed with Miza. Luckily En Husni was very desperate to activate the club, he even asked us to bring more friend just to fullfill the quota and encourage more participation from ladies in outdoor activities regardless either we are the P14 member or not.

(Presint 14 blog announcement).

So our first class was held on 06th Feb, I slept at Zt's house a night before the event as we got plan to hang out with SWG at G-CITY ALAMANDA. . We posted the announcement inside the elevator and slept damn late (practicing the steps of course) and woke up early at 5.30am.

Ready for the aerobic (Can you see our announcement on my back?)

DSC00884

The aerobic supposed to be held at the badminton court with the sound system all prepared by En Husni, however we waited until 8am sadly no one came to install anything. There were only 5 peoples who joined us, and that was OK. The only thing that made me dissapointed was the radio/speaker promised to us was not available. En Husni apologized and informed us that the person in-charged for the equipment was MIA. What??? You asked people to help and this is what we got in return? Where is your cooperation and commitment? Our final solution was to play the music from our mobile phone. Pity us...

Before the class started

DSC00882

DSC00883

Overall the session was fun (even without the real sound system!). Its much lighter than the one we had in my office since they were all still fresh with no experience in aerobic. Class ended around 9pm, everyone were excited for the next class which will be confirmed later. I lepak2 jap then lunch at Bangi after that terus balik umah!

Gambar kenangan with the aerobic members

P/S : Since that meeting, En Husni started to call me & ZT cikgu, sian gak dgn dia because he was so semangat nak mengaktifkan persatuan dia. Always asked when Im free to conduct the next aerobic, added me at Facebook, invited me to be P14 community and also give us the password to update their blog. Well until now the aerobic is still suspended, however I really looking forward for my free time to continue the class. Insyaallah...............

1st Aerobic Class - 12th Jan 2010

It was Tuesday and my heart seems to beat double faster then normal. Today will be the first aerobic class session and my first time experience to conduct the class. I had been so cool like nothing happened for the past few days just to avoid myself became panic and maybe because of my tight schedule and its just an aerobic after all. I have experience with aerobic classes at my former office, my house and Fitness First, not including all the informal sessions at my room when I was at "U" and ZT house. So far steps wes not an issue. I kept reminding my mind that this was only an office level. I already knew all the participants. No need to worry or make it too formal. Just treated it similar like what I had done when I taught them on the dance steps for cheer-leading before. But of course an early preparation was still required. I needed to arrange the slots to be fitted with one hour duration. Warm Up move, Introduction to the steps, low impact steps, medium to high impact steps and lastly cooling down. All the coordination and songs selected had to be in lined with the move. Alhamdulillah, I already had it set one day before the class.

So the day had come, normally I always counted bilalah nak petang becoz dah x sabar nak balik. However today was different, I wish time slower becoz the closer time to 6pm, the more nervous I would feel. Ape2 pun, I had to get through this. This is the normal emotion someone will feel when they wanted to do something for the first time. The feeling will wear off slowly on the 2nd and subsequent experiences. Tghari tu, kitaorg sempat lg lunch at Mines because ZT wanted to buy a new sport shoes and me sempat gak sambar one Crocks sandals. Hehehhe bole buat pakai for my trip to Penang. Kebetulan mmg tgh cr sandals. Then sebelah ptg sharp at 6pm, after changed to our sports attire, ZT and I went to the wellness room to check on the sound system and getting ready. Other SWG Grup, (Fiza, Nor and Kak Maz) were not joining us for some technical and personal issue... heheheh malasla nak eloborate masalah diaorg satu2 kan. Then sorang2 office member dtg, we took the attendance and started the aerobic class.

Reebok yg bakal di rasmikan sekejap lagi... belongs to ZT

Reebok Vs Power Vs Nike... (Adoi bughuk bebenor Nike itu, nampak sgt dah lama x cuci. Tp at least tu menunjukkan tuan punya kasut seorang yg aktif bersukan.. xde la simpan jer kasut smpai bersawangkan..hehehe)

Step touch, Single...single double..grape vine left right...mambo!!!! Jeritan2 tu la yg berkumandang dr dlm bilik wellness tu. Dlm pd mengajar steps tu, sempat gak berangan jd Linda Jasmine. Maybe after lots of classes (well I dun say few classes ok) body dh mantep mcm Linda baru leh nak jerit2 and berangan betul2 kan. Mostly member yg joined us on that day, sporting2 belaka. That what I wanted and the most important thing was the determination because klau dpt org yg hangat2 tahi ayam je nanti after few classes dh malas nak dtg and terus berkubur je balik program aerobic nie kan. I have to make sure all the members are committed with this program. Sbb tu semangat tu penting. Before we all dismissed, sempat gak amik photo, first class kan.. lgpun we planned to post it at our blog to attract more office member to participate in this program.

Anchor woman yg menggerakkan Aerobic Program 2010.. Kak Linda, Me and ZT

All sweats... some of the aerobic members. Ade yg dah balik time nie.

Well done girls!!!

Then, kami bukan balik terus, Zt and I headed back to office and continued our jobs sampailah pkul 9pm baru balik. Sangat berdedikasi ini olang... Im so relief, lega, syukur, suma la as what we had planned berjalan lancar dgn jayanya. Cant wait for next class... excited suda. Hahaahha. So sekian laporan saya buat kali ini. See ya in next post. SAILORMOON MAKE UP!!!

CHEERS...

Linda
Corp Dev dept

***************************************************************************************************************************

Above was an email sent by my Kak Linda, our organizer for all the wellness activities at my office. I like her so much coz dialah yg selalu menggerakkan xtvt2 kat KNM nie. Kalau xde dia, mmg mandorm (ayat asrama dulu nie, dh lama x pakai) abis kitaorg.

So our first meeting attended by around 6 peoples. Well sape lg kalau bkn geng2 So Sweet grup jgk la. Its like a routine Kak Linda will propose and us (more likely ZT & me) who will carry the actions. Kira gandingan kami nie mmg mantaplah. Thats why Kak Linda always counting on us in matters that related to the sport and recreation nie.

Ok story about wellness nie, my office has one room called wellness room. Quite spacious and okla for the indoor games. The problem was, that room was unoccupied since our last practice for Cheerleading (what month was that, somewhere in Aug I think...) so imagined how long it had been empty. Dust, ashes everywhere and it had become a place to store the old files and boxes. We have to ask kakak cleaner to clean back the room and asked someone to remove all the boxes. Ok one thing settled. (Oh I forgot to tell you guys, mula2 we supposed to have meeting inside that room, but we did'nt found the key. Like I tell ya, it has been ages the room had been ignored sampai kunci pun x tau letak mana. So we just gathered and discussed inside normal meeting room. After few days br Pak Guard found the key).

2nd problemnya plak, we only have CD/VCD player+speaker without TV inside the room. So if we planned to play the aerobic video and just follow the steps obviously you know what we're lack off kan. TV xde!!!! Nak follow ape mcm tu... We can borrow notebook from IT dept but it just too small. Monitor setakat 14" mcm mana 10org nak tgk. Yes, our company xde la "kokak" sgt, we do have TV but to borrow and bring it to the wellness room, there is so much paperwork to do. And more there is no priority to use it just for our aerobic so we had to think other alternative. Some had suggested to "tong2" among us and buy TV cap ayam (cheaper one) then claim la kemudian. That was a good idea but risky, what if our claim rejected? Naye jer sedekah TV utk company. Last2 like I expected, Im the one who needed to act. They all had voted me to instruct the aerobic since Im familiar with the steps (wei aku tau menari caca merba je la..). Adoi, dah jd satu bebanan plak nak ajor2 org nie. But maybe because dh jadi azam aku tahun nie nak aktif, giat and kuruskan badan so ha amik ko!!! I just agreed (time tu x pikir lg dugaan2 yg mendatang, tau nak hepi2 jer) and more ZT will assist me and as my 2nd if I absent or cannot make it. Pikir2 balik, ade hikmahnya kitaorg rajin aerobic2 kat umah ZT at least we already have few steps in mind so takyah nak pening2 to create new steps lg. Ok now 2nd problem settled.

Finally, time. We all had agreed to have the classes every Tuesday and Thursday, meaning 2 times a week at 6pm for 1 hr. Ok la tu kan. Im so excited and so far there's no panic or nervous feelings came yet. Later ....?? Ha, dats you will need to read my entry on my first aerobic class episode. Will update ya later. Bagaimanakah perasan Sailormoon pada hari tersebut?? Gembira, rileks, kecut atau adakah Sailormoon terus tidak menghadirkan diri pada kelas pertamanya itu. Kita tunggu....

Badminton & Pelamin Anganku Musnah

Today was a very hectic day. Morning at 9am I already went to office to meet Zety there. We were going to support Kak Maz for the badminton tournament inter KNM at Serdang Raya. Remember my previous entry on the badminton training at Protech, so this was the Final game. All the talented players were already chosen to represent KNM HQ and we will match against other's regional KNM branches. There were about 5 branches that took part on the tournament and the winner of course HQ la.. x sia2 I support.

Some photos on scene....
Untitled-1

I did'nt wait until the game ended because around 12pm, I have to go back to assist my sister at her boutique. My sister had bought a "pelamin" to be displayed at her boutique, and it was scheduled to come around 3pm. I just managed to reach home, had a quick lunch then with my sis to Tasik Kesuma, Semenyih where her boutique located. While waiting for the pelamin to come, we cleaned up the shop (lap2, vacuum, mop etc) and then the lorry which brought the pelamin arrived. It was only one man (pakcik) who will install the pelamin. Pity punya pasal, we also helped him because my sister also needed to learn on how to install it so that it will be easier for her when she got order later.

My sister installed the pelamin with Little Boss
Untitled-1

I really didn't know what would happen if I was not there because even there were 3 of us pun dah terkial2 to make the pillars stand. Seems like it needed more than 2 persons to hold that pillars (left & right) while the third person install the roof of the pelamin. In the middle of the process, the pillars were unbalance and collapsed. My sister started to worry. Imagined if that happened during the real wedding event, mati my sis kena saman tau. I think that pakcik also felt guilty that he then asked to bring back the pelamin and re-constructed again because the normal one should be strong and not un-stable like that one. So he just left the temporary one first to us, my sister paid him half only and he promised to bring new one by Monday.

Me posing with the classic but brand new "tepak rampai" (Rampai holder)

Almost finish!!! My sister and me!!

Untitled-5

We wrapped up all the sampah sarap, kemas2 then went home at 6.30pm.

Untitled-4

Warghhh dah almost maghrib. I needed to siap2 after this to watch 2012 at Alamanda. Sgt busy but I like... so read my next entry on the "2012" updates ya...

Office, Badminton & LCCT

I didn't know why I felt so lazy to work this week. Maybe because of my mental already got exhausted and needed to re-charged back (I need vacation lorrr....). Today all the seniors were not in the office. They went for meeting at Jakarta so we all were very free today. That's a good news for me as I could go out early to play badminton (today is the last day for training since next week the real selection will be held out). I managed to submit 3 tenders (felt so proud with myself) which made my head became lighter a bit thereafter, then very slow to start a new job even though there were still more tenders to do. Sharp at 5pm I had it enough and called it quit. I wandered around and chatted with my mates to kill time and at 6pm quickly changed my cloth to the sport attire. I went to the sport centre with Kak Maz. Zetty & Fizah were not joining us today because they got lots of work to do while Nor was on MC.

Since today was the last day of training (dpt main free la...), there were lots of staff came to play badminton. KNM booked 3 courts and normally we could play comfortably, however today all the courts were full and there were lots of staff waited their turn to play. Luckily we were quite early so we didn't have to wait so long until one of the court is free. As ussual main mesti banyak gelak punya. Alang2 last day main free, we really went all out until all the muscles got all sakit2. We played more than 4 rounds (the longest).

At 9pm, we all packed to home. I reached my house at 9.30pm, took a bath, then with my mom we went to LCCT to pick up UDA. She needs to back here to settle on her Visa matter. Her flight supposed to arrive at 11.50pm, but when we reached there around 11.30pm, she already waited for us. The flight had been scheduled to depart early from Medan. Along the way home, we dropped by at the Kajang Point for supper. Since we all were already "kebulur", we had satay n Nasi Goreng USA sampai LICIN!! Sampai jer rumah then terus tido. So thats all for today, see you guys in the next post! Nite...

CaBut, SpOrT & STraTeGy

I just got back from badminton training @ protech, Balakong. The event was organized by my office to select the representative for our company in badminton tournament. This was my 2nd time of practising, and it just started last week every Tuesday. I actually got 3 tenders that need to be submitted by Thursday and that means I'm in a busy mode. Actually my senior didn't really approved me of going there since I will have to go back early from work around 6.30pm (mind you that it is consider early at my office) while my senior prefer me to concentrate on my work, focus and back late at night. I know in term of work, I have to put my full attention on it, but if we just 24hrs "mengadap" kerje also is not good right? There is limit for our brain to work and we need time to re-charge back our mind. Some prefer to sleep, had vacation, minum2 ptg, or go for sport. I prefer to exercise because the more my sweat fell, the more satisfied I felt. My body became lighter, and so as my head. It could divert momentarily my mind from work. Like I always said to my friend "time keje aku keje, time main, aku main betul". Tomorrow will continue on my work, and now I started to feel a bit afraid thinking my senior's action on my attitude to cabut tadi because of badminton. Mesti dia marah. Hopefully it just my guilty feeling because he actually aware on this matter as I already informed him. Apa2 pun that's tomorrow story. Just pray everything will be ok but for sure I have to come early tomorrow, be punctual. Kasi bodek skit, tunjuk rajin that are my strategy......

(Sebelum cabut sempat bergambar dulu)

The Edge-Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Rat Race 2009

The Edge-Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Rat Race 2009 was held on the 11th of August this year for the 10th year of the event however it was my very first time representing my company's team, so as my company's first participation. This is an event where all the corporate Malaysian including the corporate chieftain pledge donations in the name of corporate social responsibility(CSR) and sweat it all out with a run around the heart of buzzling Kuala Lumpur. Held at the Bursa area itself, the race were divided into two categories, one called the CEO race which is a 1km dash run which the other is the executive race which cover a distant of 4.5km.

As per my previous blog, I did mentioned that my company already registered and participated in rat race marathon and cheer leading competition. As this was a first experience for all of us, we had a very moderate preparation in every aspects. For other's companies which had been entering before, they might have an experience and things on stock (something that usefull for supporting like costume, banner, pom2, props and etc) while we had to buy all the things new with a very tight budget. But lets don't put this excuse to spoil our enthusiasm, as our objectives to join were actually to represent and introduce our company, to build business relation with others and top of that to gain experience and enjoy on the same time. (well it's not everyday you can skip out of work and having fun rite).

So that was it, after 2 weeks of practice the day had come. I went to office and work normally in the morning but received an approval to go out at lunch hour for the event. There were 10 staffs participated in cheer leading where 4 of us went first to the Bursa KL by car with all our stuffs while another 6, including me went there by train. (it was indeed a wise decision made as we all knew how was the condition in KL area with traffic and parking problem).

We reached there around 2pm, had a lunch first (nasi bungkus yg dibelanja oleh penaja kami Ms BG Lau) and rushed to bersiap for the cheerleading.

It took sometimes to make up especially to put on the glittering dust to our eyelids and to paint our face. Luckily we had a very talented person, Shree beside of being a good dancer, she's also a part time nail and face painter.

The result was very impressive as we had many compliments from other's contestant who thought that our painting and make up were done by a pro!!

(Tada!! Here we go....)

The marathon started around 4pm & while waited for the runners to reach the finishing point, cheer leading competition took place on the stage. If I'm not mistaken there were around 10 companies all together performed the cheer leading. As per my expectation, most of the company did very well and entertaining. Nearly like the professional cheer leading that I watched on the TV but it didn't made me down at all, just a bit nervous that's all. When it was our turn, I just did my very best (we had only 3 mins to perform) and after it ended all the nervous feeling disappeared. Fizah, Kak Maz and K.Ija also came from office to support us (terharu kay...). All of us enjoyed the very moment of our life and took photos as much as we could as it was the first experience for all of us to take part in cheer leading. At least there's something to tell to your children later rite...

After the cheer leading ended, we had more photo shoot session (macam artis you... ) and directed to the finishing line to support our runners.

It was almost 6pm when we all dismissed and prepared for the the closing ceremony around 7pm. We took this chance to had a shower (mind you that Bursa building was so sophisticated that made me felt like in the hotel. The facilities were all complete so I could take shower conveniently). We gathered at the foyer of Bursa for dinner and enjoying the Prize Awarding Ceremony as well.

Though we did not win any prizes, it was still a great experience. We went back happily by train around 8pm. Walking from Menara Maybank area to LRT Plaze Rakyat, then took a commuter from Bandar Tasik Selatan to Serdang, it's really a prostrate journey. By the time I reached home, I felt so flat. Quickly went to my bed and immediately once my head touched the pillow I was already in a deep sleep (snoring loudly perhaps...hehehe) as that was one of the exhausting day in my life. Didn't even had chance to recall back what I had done in this one whole day as tomorrow I woke up, lots of work waiting at the office. One thing for sure, I would certainly looking forward to participate again next year and improve on our performance. One good thing about joining with this kind of xtvt, I tend to get closer with my office mates and get to know more people as well in my company. Thanks to all for the opportunity.
