ANOTHER 1 YEAR ADDED
Happy Birthday to me.....
Happy Birthday to me.....
Alhamdullilah with His consent, Im still here, breathing, healthy and been given an oppurtunity to continue living in His magnificent creation of life. No words can expressed my gratitute to Him. It just Subhanaallah, walhamdullilaah wallaillahaillahallahu Akbar.
My wish that I can still blessed with a good health, happiness, success, rezeki and a continuous guidance from Him to go through this life. As a human, I might be careless, weak and distracted but Im always pray for the strength and light so that I will not be lost and in the blessed and right path of life. Hanya padamu Ya Allah aku berserah, dan hanya padamu Ya Allah aku beriman.

Menjelang Hari Raya
Minggu terakhir puasa terasa sangat cepat. Lebih2 lagi dengan kerja yg semakin byk mencapai date line sebelum bercuti. But Im become more enthuastic and masa pun semakin cepat berlalu. Almost everyday, I went to break fast outside. SO here, I already summarized my xtvt one weeks before Hari Raya...... :P
Monday, once again I had breakfast with Naza, Kayrie but this time Haiza was available. We went to the same restaurant at pandan Indah.

Tuesday, I went to break fast with my office mates at JM Briani, Alamanda Putrajaya. Since my brother in law was outstation and I had to leave my sister alone, I brought together my niece and nephew to let my sister stay in peace. After work, I rushed to buy my sister foods for berbuka, then back home first to pick up both my "anak buah". I reached the restaurant a bit late and waktu berbuka already due that time. (But it was not the first time, I had encounter the few same situations where I had to berbuka on the road because selalu balik kerja lambat). Others member already there, after eat we went to pray before jalan2 window shopping at Alamanda and after that balik.

Rabu, berbuka di luar with my sis and family at McD Bdr Tun Hussein Onn. Sekali lagi sampai lambat, sbb pkul 7pm baru dapat kuar opis. I got urgent tender that needs to be submitted that day. After berbuka, along n family went to shopping but I just wondered area pasar Ramadhan and satu2nya benda yg menarik hati there was "bunga api". Terkenangkan my "anak2 buah" so I borong bunga2 api itu (yg safe one la)... I was so excited and cant wait for the next day becoz my youngest sister, Uda will be back to Malaysia from Indon. My mom came to KL on that day and we picked up Uda at LCCT, as the flight was schedule to arrive around 11pm.
Thursday, so the day had came. Instead of heavy work at office, I still managed to jeling2 jam to 5pm. At 5.30pm I walked to the Serdang Komuter Train which nearby my office to pick up my mom. It was raining heavily once I step at the station, I found out that my mom did'nt reached there yet so I waited. Around 15mins, there's one train departed and there's my mom. We went home together and singgah pasar Ramadhan to buy food. Again, its already 7pm when we reached there so we'll berbuka agak lewat that day. Around 9pm, we all bertolak ke airport and sampai around 11pm. Unfortunately Uda flight was delayed so pkul 12am baru kapal touched down and we saw Uda walking from the arrival hall at 12.30am. My nephew, "abang" dah tertido dah pun. Without wasting time, we straight to the car and went home. We reached Kajang at 1.30am. I got one last day to work before cuti raya.
FINALLY THE LAST DAY, FRIDAY
Walaupun tido x cukup, I still bersemangat to work. Kalau org lagi nak cuti lagi malas, but it was different for me as I got 2 tender to submit after workin' out for it almost 2 weeks. Rasa macam lega kalau dapat settled suma keje. Time was on my side today coz I feel its flew very fast and pejam celik2 dah pkul 5pm. Today my brother in law nak belanja berbuka at Malee Restaurant, Kajang. After salam2 with my office mates, 6.30pm sharp I went straight to the restaurant. Along n yg lain dah sampai n booked the seats for us. Its supposed to be one of the enjoyable moments for us since all of us one family had an oppurtunity to buka puasa outside and the first time for this year Uda berbuka at Malaysia, however it gave us... erm...I cannot say the worse experience but quite unique and also unforgetfull experience for all of us. Obviously we had made a wrong decision to eat here, it's already time to berbuka but we stil did'nt get our food. I dont understand how a big and quite famous restaurant like this cannot handle their orders.. their servings were very slow. I tried to calm down and think that maybe most of their staff already took a cuti raya. But it just un-acceptable considering that we did'nt came late, and they had enough time to cook first before berbuka. More than 5 tables still did'nt get their foods. I dont think this is because they were slow, but they did'nt managed the customer's order properly so it all had messed up. The most pathetic occasion is they did'nt even served us drinks first (at least la kan...) because all the glasses had been used up. We needed to wait until other customer finished their eating, then we can had our drinks. Haiya mau minum pun kena beratur ka.... After my brother in law made some noises (bising2 skit la), baru our drinks arrived.. (makan belum tau lagi). Wah Im impressed, maybe its because they wanted to show their protest to us (ye la x tau sabarkan... kononnya) and of course because they running out of glasses, we had our drinks in a big glass normally used to serve Lai Chi Kang. Nasibla janji ado... kira untung gak coz we got air yg melimpah ruah with a normal price. Then baru I noticed, (this had me cheered up a bit la), our case is consider better la than a family in front of us. Guess what they used to drink...?? Hahahaha can you imagine they had been served drinks in a SMALL VASE!!! (Yup pasu kecik, macam2 bentuk lagi.....) Pitykan. I didnt managed to take their photo as a proove (ye la nanti kecik hati diaorg plak), but I got all my family that witnessed the scenario. Im not bluffing ok, its a true story. Until now, bila ternampak pasu, I will remenber that scene and tergelak sendiri. Our foods sampai a few minutes later, and finished sekelip mata.. (dah lapar).
After dinner, we splitted out. Along n family (except my niece, Arisya) went back home while mama, Uda, Arisya n me went to Metro Kajang for last minute shopping. We shopped quite a few things jugakla expecially kuih2 raya since this year we didnt make any of it. Luckily all things that we desired were available there. We went home around 10pm, and I straight away packed my things because we planned to went back to kampung that night jugak. I prefer to drive at night to avoid traffic jam and my sight and energy seems to boost up more at night. Its only mama, Uda & Arisya n me yg bertolak tonight, while Along n family will be back tomorrow. We all bertolak around 12.30am using Lekas & Plus Highway. There're still few cars that night but overall I had a smooth journey and reached Malacca at 2pm. My mom prepared a quick meal for sahur (she just warmed up the bubuk lambuk) and we had our sahur quite early, so that we can straight to bed afterwards. And now here I am, on my bed waiting for the foods to be digested even mata dah sangat2 berat. Very happy as ussual to be home, and tomorrow tugasan berat akan menanti. Lots of thing to do expecially our raya preparation still totally zero. Gonna go to sleep... tomorrow kena teman mama gi pasar. Nak cari daging..nak cari daging....nak cari daging....na..k..ca..ri..d..a..zzz..zzz.zz.z.

Ramadhan updates - Part 2
This year Ramadhan is quite lucky for me as Public Holiday falled twice on Monday which means I got the weekend holiday longer. On the national day (2nd week of Puasa), I went back to Kg once again. This time suasana lebih meriah as my niece already there at my house (she had a week of school holiday, so she spent her holiday at kampung)so did my sister (Ucu)and her husband. We had everything that we requested our mum to cook and ronda2 at Pekan Tampin to "mencuci2 mata". What a wonderfull weekend it was. Seperti biasa, berat hati bila cuti dah habis. On Monday, after berbuka I went back to KL with my niece, reached there around 11pm and straight to bed. The next day will be back to work and my routine at office will never change the slightest.
One of the common activities during fasting month especially at the city is program berbuka puasa. On the 2nd week of Ramadhan, I already got 3 invitations to berbuka. My first program was on 2nd of September with my scholl mates at Restoran Sinar Mesra, Pandan Indah. It supposed to be 4 of us to join the program, but Haiza was unable to join so it's just Kayrie, Naza and me. Eventhough all of us were late, I was the erliest one came to that restaurant and it was already 7pm, but luckily its still availabe seat for us. As ussual we had a chit-chat until pukul 10 lebih then barulah balik ke destinasi masing2.
The other 2 invitations were held on the same day on the 5th September (Saturday), however I was unable to atttend both as it just happened that my elder sister had a last minute plan to celebrate my niece birthday on that date which obviously I had no choice but to help her on the preparation. Its not a big party, just closed family attended like Ucu and husband plus my fren, Nick. For your information, I still managed to go to office that morning since there was an urgent clarification that I needed to answer. I reached home around 2pm and Nick arrived around 3pm. We had a rest a while then went out to buy a juadah berbuka around 5pm and survey2 baju raya at Metro kajang. By the time we reached home, Ucu already there and Along already prepared a very delicious and good looking of Mee-Curry. We all gathered and berbuka puasa bersama which I feel really worth it compared to 2 berbuka puasa program that I'd missed. Yg paling best was when I was windowed shopping with Nick, in her desperation to get money before raya (since gaji blum masuk, both of us hanya mampu to look and reserved baju2 yg berkenan with a hope to buy later after we received our salary) she had promised that If I pray that she will get her bonus before Raya, she will belanja me a baju raya. She also told my sister to pray for her bonus so that she can borong habis one drop perfume from my sister. Hehehehe..........
Like I mentioned to you before, I got twice Monday as a Public Holiday so for this week, once again I bercuti on Monday for Nuzul Quran. On the next day Sunday, Along ajak balik kg (again) so I went back to my hometown with her. This time my mom had prepared laksa for berbuka. We only stayed for one night and tomorrow back to KL. My routine started to normal when Im back to work on Tuesday but what had bright up my day was when I received a message from Nick remind me to make myself free on Sunday because she wanted to spent time shopping with me(apalagi maknanya bonus dia dah masuk la tu... YAHOO!!!) and the best part is merasalah org belanja baju raya. So on the 3rd weekend, I went to shop with Nick, bukan setakat baju raya, tapi merasalah juga kasut raya yg di sponsor oleh Nick. Wah mmg meriah raya kali nie. Yg kelakarnya, org beli baju dulu then baru match kasut, but Im the other way. I found shoes first then br terkial2 nak cari baju yg match kaler which is maroon. Luckily jumpa and yg penting cantik pula tue. My taste la... Nick did'nt berbuka sekali so that day it just along n me berdua berbuka puasa because my brother in law was outstation. Another week to go... Yahoo!!!!

Salam Ramadhan
Hi Bloggers,
We're already reached the Ramadhan month and I would like to take this oppurtunity to wish all muslims "Salamat menyambut Ramadhan and Selamat Berpuasa". Its already 2nd day of fasting and so far even with the current issues of economis turndown and H1N1, however its still does'nt effect the mood of Ramadhan. Everywhere in Bazaar Ramadhan still packed with people, its just as a precaution most of them wear a mask to prevent the spreading of H1N1 virus. I just went back from my hometown to celebrate my first fasting there. Nothing special on the event as I just wanted to be with my mom during this special month and concentrate on the "amal ibadat" as well. Tomorrow as ussual, start working and this would be my 1st experience fasting at the new place. Work load is still more (even more I think) but so far Im positive that I can manage it (maybe its because of the fasting which teach us to be more patient). I had set my goal for this month where I wanted to practice as much as I can on the ibadat and amal jariah. I really hope that I can achieved it. Marilah kita sama2 berdua di bulan yg mulia ini agar segala amal ibadat kita diterima, dan agar kita di jauhi dari segala dugaan dan bala bencana yg menimpa. Amin yarabbal alamain.

La..La.. Kerjalah..
Warghhh..... its has been the most busiest week for me last week and I daresay that it was the first time in my live (as far as I remember)...
Starting from last Monday the time really passed very fast and suddenly it's already 4pm where I as a cheer leading participant needed to attend the meeting for tomorrow's occasion and 5.30pm went to the final rehearsal until 7pm. Back from work, I had a last minute shopping with kak Linda at Tesco, Kajang where we bought a socks, gloves and for me a tights and black t-shirt to be worn tomorrow.
Then Tuesday..... when the day came, I was absolutely cannot concentrate on my work. The excitement, plus nervous on the same time made me really gave up to continue my work, and started to pack all my things and gathered with all my team mates sharp at 12.30pm at the office lobby. We went to the Bursa KL by train and reached there around 2pm. (Read my entry on the Rat Race '09 Competition for more details). I reached home nearly at 10.30pm and if you can feel my condition that time, it was like I didn't have any energy at all. FLATTED and very exhausted. I went straight to bed without even had my teeth brushed or even get my cloth changed. (luckily I already had a shower at the BURSA before).
On the next day , most of my team mates were on MC that while me, myself was reluctantly went to work with a pain on my neck and ankle. But I didn't dare to complaint anything because it was me who volunteered to enter the competition so all the consequences, I had to face it myself. But I'm so relief that the competition was over where I didn't have to think about steps and dances anymore so I could concentrate 100% back to work. However, it's just 1 day I went out from office, but my work seems to double up. I saw 2 new files on my desk and I started to get nervous. My schedule were full with "pending" tasks and all that needed to be submitted next week on 18th. Its already Wednesday, OK maybe I could do it slowly.. relax still got time. Then it's Thursday, still OK time just running very fast, it's normal. I could handle it (Trying to "pujuk" my own feeling). Finally it's Friday...what?? How could it happened?? Somebody must be jinxing the time. Lots of thing were still not finished yet. I didn't know which one to concentrate as I'm doing all the works half way. Which one should I finish first. Then I sacrificed my Saturday where I had been working overtime from morning until 5.30pm.
And today on Sunday, I spend my day to cover up my sleep and get full rest since I can anticipate that next week will be as busy like last week. Hopefully when I've done submitting all the work I can have a bit of space to relax. My neck still in pain , I'm thinking of going to massage but I didn't feel like to go out from my house all the day (which I told ya, I spent it wisely to cover my sleep) so I just put a therapy lotion and massage myself. I thinks that's all for now. I'm going to bed... Hope to be back soon. Da...

Pesta Flora Putrajaya 2009
Date : 8th August 2009
Day : Saturday
Time : 5pm
Theme : Flora2 Cinta
PESTA FLORA SHOUT!
Time and venue set. This time so sweet group planned to visit Pesta Flora and what attracted us to go there was a hot balloon air ride. I went there with Nick and my niece, Arisha all wearing a floral print clothes. We gathered at Putrajaya Mosque, met Fizah n husband also with nephew, Kak Maz & Family, Kak Intan & Family plus Zety, Kak Ija n Miza. So can you all imagined betapa meriahnya our group.
Our theme.... FLORAL
Pesta Flora held once a year at Putrajaya. Since it was the last week of the exhibition, lots of visitor didn't want to miss the event. Not only Putrajaya dwellers, there were visitors from as far from Penang and Kedah also coming. Even the area was already packed when we reached there, but there was no problem to find parking. Salute to the the organizer for the very systematic of space arrangement. The event area was so spacious and divided into few sections based on the categories.
Our first destination was inside an air conditioner hall, where various type of flower displayed there. Lots of floral lover and photographer didn't want to miss this opportunity to get closer with these flowers.

Cantik bangat....!! I mean the flower :P
One happy family at home!
Outside of this hall, there was a park full with colorfull flowers that made you feel like you’re at oversea, like Paris or Amsterdam. (Berangan jauh tue……….). Since the H1N1 virus is still on the air, everybody was still very conscious about this disease as I saw most of them wore mask. I wondered that the numbers of visitor this year probably also drop slightly due to this virus.

We went to an orchid exhibition directly after took few photos at the park.

There was also a traditional dance performed by student from the primary school nearby.
And bazaar selling souvenirs, foods, plants and lots of things!

It just like we all waited for...... we heard an announcement that the hot air balloons were ready to launch, so anyone who interested to ride can register at the field area beside the car park.
The price for this ride was RM10 per-person and there were 3 balloons that we could pick and one trip would take around 15mins.
By the time we reached there, the line was already long, and we waited almost an hour to get into the balloon.
Tu dia... panjangkan!
Registered......
Berjaya!
If you learned about the hot balloon concept, the gas in the balloon will be heated so that it will become lighter than the ambient air. That will make the balloon floated. But since it almost dusk, the whether become chiller so it's quite difficult to heat the gas which made the balloon couldn't expand fully. In normal condition, 3 adults could have a ride on the balloon but in this new condition plus a bit windy, passenger had been reduced to 2 persons/balloon.
Posing2 sementara menunggu

Finally after lenguh2 kaki menunggu, it was my turn and Zetty. My niece naik balloon with Nick before me...
Dah malam dah time nie...
We got into the basket..
Fire burned to heat the gas inside the baloon..
Slowly, we went up..
When the balloon floated in the air, we were so “gayat” even nak amik gambar pun menggigil2. But I still managed to take a few snaps of Putrajaya's scenery at night.
There were 3 persons dlm balloon tu, us and abg jaga api, tp jangan harapla nak mintak abg tu tolong amik gamba kamikan. Amik sendiri hokey...
Landed safely... Alhamdulillah.
It was really a precious and unforgettable moment for me. 2 hours of waiting versus 15mins of air ride felt like worth it. After the ride, we all were so tired so decided to dismiss and went back to home.
Few photos before went home.

The Edge-Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Rat Race 2009
The Edge-Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Rat Race 2009 was held on the 11th of August this year for the 10th year of the event however it was my very first time representing my company's team, so as my company's first participation. This is an event where all the corporate Malaysian including the corporate chieftain pledge donations in the name of corporate social responsibility(CSR) and sweat it all out with a run around the heart of buzzling Kuala Lumpur. Held at the Bursa area itself, the race were divided into two categories, one called the CEO race which is a 1km dash run which the other is the executive race which cover a distant of 4.5km.

As per my previous blog, I did mentioned that my company already registered and participated in rat race marathon and cheer leading competition. As this was a first experience for all of us, we had a very moderate preparation in every aspects. For other's companies which had been entering before, they might have an experience and things on stock (something that usefull for supporting like costume, banner, pom2, props and etc) while we had to buy all the things new with a very tight budget. But lets don't put this excuse to spoil our enthusiasm, as our objectives to join were actually to represent and introduce our company, to build business relation with others and top of that to gain experience and enjoy on the same time. (well it's not everyday you can skip out of work and having fun rite).

So that was it, after 2 weeks of practice the day had come. I went to office and work normally in the morning but received an approval to go out at lunch hour for the event. There were 10 staffs participated in cheer leading where 4 of us went first to the Bursa KL by car with all our stuffs while another 6, including me went there by train. (it was indeed a wise decision made as we all knew how was the condition in KL area with traffic and parking problem).

We reached there around 2pm, had a lunch first (nasi bungkus yg dibelanja oleh penaja kami Ms BG Lau) and rushed to bersiap for the cheerleading.

It took sometimes to make up especially to put on the glittering dust to our eyelids and to paint our face. Luckily we had a very talented person, Shree beside of being a good dancer, she's also a part time nail and face painter.

The result was very impressive as we had many compliments from other's contestant who thought that our painting and make up were done by a pro!!

(Tada!! Here we go....)

The marathon started around 4pm & while waited for the runners to reach the finishing point, cheer leading competition took place on the stage. If I'm not mistaken there were around 10 companies all together performed the cheer leading. As per my expectation, most of the company did very well and entertaining. Nearly like the professional cheer leading that I watched on the TV but it didn't made me down at all, just a bit nervous that's all. When it was our turn, I just did my very best (we had only 3 mins to perform) and after it ended all the nervous feeling disappeared. Fizah, Kak Maz and K.Ija also came from office to support us (terharu kay...). All of us enjoyed the very moment of our life and took photos as much as we could as it was the first experience for all of us to take part in cheer leading. At least there's something to tell to your children later rite...

After the cheer leading ended, we had more photo shoot session (macam artis you... ) and directed to the finishing line to support our runners.

It was almost 6pm when we all dismissed and prepared for the the closing ceremony around 7pm. We took this chance to had a shower (mind you that Bursa building was so sophisticated that made me felt like in the hotel. The facilities were all complete so I could take shower conveniently). We gathered at the foyer of Bursa for dinner and enjoying the Prize Awarding Ceremony as well.
Though we did not win any prizes, it was still a great experience. We went back happily by train around 8pm. Walking from Menara Maybank area to LRT Plaze Rakyat, then took a commuter from Bandar Tasik Selatan to Serdang, it's really a prostrate journey. By the time I reached home, I felt so flat. Quickly went to my bed and immediately once my head touched the pillow I was already in a deep sleep (snoring loudly perhaps...hehehe) as that was one of the exhausting day in my life. Didn't even had chance to recall back what I had done in this one whole day as tomorrow I woke up, lots of work waiting at the office. One thing for sure, I would certainly looking forward to participate again next year and improve on our performance. One good thing about joining with this kind of xtvt, I tend to get closer with my office mates and get to know more people as well in my company. Thanks to all for the opportunity.
