Wet Dinner @ Lookout Point

It was Monday morning when I received SMS from Lina "Leen, Fiza, jom dinner tonite at Menara Tinjau"... I was so blurred & then asked Fizah "Weh menara tinjau tu kat Menara KL ke. Ye la sbb ade unsur2 menarakan.. Jgn buat psal, aku berbaju kurung jer today... ala2 "cik kam" gitu". Luckily Fizah told me it was at Hulu Langat (Bkt Ampang) so ok la. I never been there, just lalu tu biasa la because it is an alternative route for those who wanted to ulang alik Ampang-Kajang without paying the tolls and menempuh the traffic jam. This place also famous for its view since it is located up the hill so you can see the whole area of Klang Valley from there and more kalau ade bunga api (new year eve ke, national day ke..) this place mmg sgt2 happening sampai bole jam!

So right after maghrib, we started our journey from work. Lina already on the way since she's from KL. Fizah and I, drove our own car using the Saga Highway and exited at Batu 9 to Hulu langat until reached our meeting point at car park around 8.30pm. From there, after parked the car off course, We had to menapak naik tangga to the peak (mengah tue...) but at least all the exhaustion dissapeared when we reached the top. The scenary was breathtaking. Up there, there were lots of restaurant where you can dined and enjoyed the view. We however chose the most highest location of restaurant (Tower like) and sat at the top of it to enjoy the splendid panorama. Unfortunately suddenly the rain fell and everybody at our level ran down to the lower level of the restaurant. We on the other hand became so stubborn and greedy. We kept going menyedapkan hati sendiri that the rain would stop shortly. Furthermore, we already got the best place so we didn't want to miss it.

Luckily about few minutes, our prays were heard. There were only 3 of us left on that floor, in peace and rain was about to stop. So apalagi, my lense was ready in action and we enjoyed snapping photos like hell.... Imagined xde org yg menganggu so its like the restaurant was ours. Buat la pose macam mana pun. Then the food arrived just in time when we already finished the photoshoot and starved. We stopped just to eat and continued to pose again.

(KL view, beyond reach)

(Ok la Mushroom Chicken Chop nie, so far bole habis. Hehehe)

(Dramatic mode la nie kononnya)

Frankly, the foods were not that good. There are plenty of foods elsewhere which much better, but it's the moment that I cherished. Time to spent with old friends, chatting, gossiping (harus...) coz its just so hard to find it nowadays. Everybody seems to have their own commitments so it 's really hard to re-unite us back together. Time really passed so fast, tau2 dh pkul 10pm and we had to make our move. Esok keje so we settled our bills and menapak turun balik to the carpark. We bid goodbye to each other and Fizah went down to the opposite direction since she headed to Ampang while Lina and I drove back to Kajang. Wow, I really enjoyed the moment so much and hope for more meeting like this in future...

Here are some photos taken on da way heading down to the carpark...
