My mom went to the 2010 UMNO General Assembly at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), represented my "Kampung" from DUN Alor Gajah, Melaka. She went there with a group trip by bus from Melaka and after the assembly dismissed, we went to pick-up her at PWTC and brought her home at Kajang.
There were lots of bazaar provided outside the hall selling such a varies product from foods to cloths to accessorizes and so much more. Guess what, my mom had bought us 3 textiles (kain ela) for only total RM100!!
Pembahagian kain adalah seperti di bawah. Sian Uda x dapat....
Thanks a lot mama. I love you so much!!

ADE BRANS.... Perang paintball
Ade brans…?? Extreme Challenge
I first had received email from Kak Sue (my office’s mate) who invited me to play Paint Ball/ Go-Kart/ Bungee Jumping at Sunway after GAJI. This will be our company non-official xtvt where my group (So Sweet Grup) will challenge Kak Sue’s team (Initially was Indah Damai) and we decided to get a t-shirt also for each team. Since our paid day normally will be end of month, we decided to make it as early as possible before we ran out our budget. 1st week of November was Deepavali, so we all agreed on the 2nd week which was Saturday, the 13th.
So far here was the list of members for each team :
So Sweet Grup
1) Hazelin
2) Hafizah Nur
3) Maziyatun
4) Nor Hafizah
* ZT was unable to play.
Indah Damai
1) Kak Sue
2) Kak Linda
3) Kak Liza
4) Ratna Sari
* Suma otai nie
That was the day when Ladies Extreme Day came out. Right after we committed the challenge and confirmed the date, problem started to come one by one.
We received quotation from Sunway Extreme park. Total price given was lumpsum for minimum 20paxs. We will have a paint ball and Go-Kart. Each will have to pay RM150 (plus T-shirt). Check here for more info : SUNWAY EXTREME PARK
Our problemnya plak ialah :
- The price RM150 calculated assuming that 20 persons were joining the game. We already open the invitation for all ladies at KNM and so far we managed to get 14 persons only.
- Lower participant will increase the amount that we need to pay since the package given was per lumpsum and not per person.
- RM150 was such a pretty big amount for certain people….
Our final solution was to change the venue… Instead of Sunway we swapped to Paintball at Putrajaya. The price was a bit cheaper however Go-Kart was excluded. I was a little bit frustrated but our main point to play paintball. As long Paintball is available, its fine with me. On contrary we got more paintball session, meaning bole main sampai puas la… That’s ease my feeling a bit….
A bit info on Putrajaya Paintball Park.
So after everybody agreed, one final email launched. Total we had to pay each was RM110 with T-Shirt included. We designed and booked our T-Shirt; Striking Yellow for SWG and Shocking Pink for The Angels (nama Indah Damai x commercial kot) heheheh….
Everything settled and now just wait for the day to come. Im so excited for the games but nervous on the same time as this will be the first time for all SWG members except Mazura. Harap2 x jadi pasukan belasahan…. Hehehe. Will update ya on the game later, da…
P/S : Im using the word “we” in all sentences describing the preparation of this plan, however the actual anchor women who organizing this project were Kak Sue, Kak Liza and Kak Linda. Hat off to them for all the hard work and turn this plan to reality! You all really rawk!!

Kerahan Tenaga
Finally my sister, UCU had fully moved to her new house at Taman Saujana Impian, Kajang. We all were so happy as it is so near with us. To show our support on her decision to buy this house, we volunteered to help her on the cleaning process of the house.
On the day (16/10/10), I brought my troopers to Ucu’s house. They were so enthusiast to help. Presenting my "laskar cilik"....
While my "little soldiers" seem to enjoy scrubbing + main air in the toilet, my duty was to clean the second and third bedroom. This house is a double stories type with 1 master+2bedrooms on the upper floor.
View of the master bedroom that already been cleaned by my mom. The previous owner of this house probably a cheerfull person as all paintings are different in each corner and in bright colours! Here he combined the deep maroon and dark purple for the master bedroom and it made the room looks quite dark and narrow.
Going down.... the hall is in orange! Probably not a Holland supporter??
Dining hall with one corner in orange and the other in dark brown. And yes, it is visible form here the kitchen wall which in lime green color. I tell you the colors are so "meriah"
The best thing about this house is, it have small area outside the sliding door facing the lawn for us to "lepak2", chit chat, have a tea sambil menghirup udara luar yg segar lagi nyaman.
Chait, xde maknanya segar. Rumah Ucu betul2 depan jalan utama hokey!
Apa pun yg penting, finally Ucu already owned a house of her own, of course with her family. Nearer with us is an advantage, it is easier in any case of emergency also and the most important thing is that we can easily gather if my mom come to visit us and xde menyusahkan my mom to ulang-alik form Ucu house to Along house anymore. I always miss our old time together but at least even it is impossible to turn back time, we can always maintain the relationship and try to meet, gather as frequent as possible. For we are all sisters and by blood that flows in our veins, AIR YANG DICINCANG TETAP TAK AKAN PUTUS.

Natalia & Shmily With Hijab
Meet Natalia, our new Sales Representative from Brazil. She is currently base in Malaysia (HQ) for 3 months training.
It was on Friday when Natalia admiring Fizah's Baju Kurung & Tudung (Hijab/Scarf). She asked on how Fizah wore it and very interested to try.
"I will sent pictures to my Brazilian colleagues, show them this is how Malaysian muslim dress to work" She had told us enthusiastically when she asked Fizah to bring her Hijab on Monday.
Then it was Monday, when the line was cleared (Boss-Free-Time), Fizah and me went to Sales Dept. with 2 scarfs. One the now in trend "Awning Hijab" and the other one the now and forever evergreen "Plain Square Hijab". Oh I forgot, Natalia even reminded us to bring a hijab in blue to match with her attire.
Natalia, in her "Muslimah" image
Shimily from Sales also interested to try the Square Hijab. Sekali kantoi Fizah x gosok tudung. Ape2 pun she still looks cute in this crumple Hijab.
Please forgive my "blurred" photo. Taken from my HP only :P
Shimily dah surrender dgn tudung komot. Cepat2 tukar tudung awning. This one better!
Shimily with pemilik tudung
Last photo. Natalia back to her original image. She reminds me of Sigourney Weaver (American actress best known role in Alien film) tu...
Similar...isn't it??
It was not much, but the impact to promote muslim's attire, showing them we feel comfortable wearing Hijab and in the same take part in contribute our expertises to our country, taking risk, challenge our ability, do what men can do (well in my case we did the engineering like men do), enlighten them that muslimah are not just mean to be locked in the house and do the housewife duty and top of that give them live proof that we Muslim are friendly and open, not terrorist was something that made me feel proud of myself. This was my little Jihad. Alhamdullilah........

Tantalizing.... SERI MUKA
Seri Muka...
Kuihlah Melayu...
Di masaklah oleh...
Si Pakar Ibuku...
(Nyanyi sambil mengikut rentak lagu Seri Mersing ok..)
This is one of the benefit to have my mom here with us. Cooking is like her middle name so naturally she can cook almost anything.. from typical malay food, western to traditional kuih-muih as well.
One fine Sunday, she had made us a Kuih Seri Muka...
As tantalized as it looks, trust me it was worth the few hours waiting for it ready to be served.
And I tell U despite all the hours taken to prepare it, it took less than an hour to finish it. Next time I will ask mom to it make more. Till then Happy Weekend Sweeters!
