You may make a booking at their website EAST COST CAR RENTAL here. They have a courtesy shuttle pick up from the Airport to their office. However since we landed in Sydney at night, then spent one night at Ibis Hotel which nearer to Sydney Airport and only the next day we started our road trip, hence we requested for shuttle pick up from Ibis Hotel instead on the next day. Same like all other transactions, booking confirmation was sent to my email.
