Mabuhay Boracay : Day 1 - Puka Beach

v) Beach treat - Puka Beach

Another common island hopping stop, Puka Beach is renowned for its white sand mixed in with an abundance of beautiful Puka shells which how the island got it's name. It is fairly deserted, the surroundings tranquil and incredibly picturesque, and thus makes for a relaxing getaway.

This was our final destination for this island hopping trip.

Approaching.

Miss Yar and Kayrie tanned already, but nevertheless were excited on the same time.

A beautifull little island coming ahead.

A little bit there....

Sampai doh!

We were welcomed with these magnificent views...

Since my phone was totally dead this time (already weak since at Crystal Cove), so I switched to my SJCAM.

The view was so amazing.

Upon our arrival, there were number of seafood restaurants, which cook fresh seafood to order at a reasonable price.

We were allowed to do free activity here while Alex brought the seafoods (which he bought earlier at wet market before meeting us) to one of the restaurant for cooking. We went to the beach, played with the water, swam and also took photo.

Photo with our boat.

Coz I took her photo better than she took mine, I have to post Kayrie photo with boat written Boracay, Malay Aklan :P

We also snorkeled here, but the underwater view was not so interesting. No fishes and beautifull corals.

Aku tanya apa khabar...

After about 1/2hour, the foods were ready and Alex called us. Just about time for lunch as we also started to starve, without wasting any time we quickly followed him.

Look who was the first one to hit the dining table :D

There were chilli crabs, butter prawns and grilled fishes. We have 2 fruits, mangoes and banana. For your info, mangoes are available quite plenty here in Philippines. There are variety product from mango such as fruit juices, dried mangoes and pickles.

Nyummy.

Additional charges for cooking service and table at PHP 1150 = RM90 or approx RM13/person.

Honestly the foods were quite average for our liking, but having lunch with dear friends in a beautifull, serene and peacefull island was definitely one of precious moment in my life.

Alhamdullilah, kenyang perut suka hati. We went back to the beach and have fun!

I love Puka Beach plak.

We took few last photos before called it a day.

Pose sorang2.

Kayrie, Miss Yar and me. Kayrie was so damn tanned that time. Bertabahla ek. Tak ckup sapu sun block kot...

So that was it, our last destination for this island hopping trip. We spent around 45min here, then Alex called us to the boat to take us back. We were surprised when the boat dropped us at Bulabog Beach and not Station 3, however was relief on the same time since we all were quite wet so it would not be comfortable if the boat dropped us at Station 3 and we have to take Tuk-Tuk to Bulabog Beach.

Overall, even the weather that time was not at it's best... I really had one of the best time in my life.
Don't miss this activity if you visit Boracay ok. Almost all the island hopping agencies here offered more or less the same packages, only the prices are different. So remember the keyword here... HAGGLE.. HAGGLE.. HAGGLE!

Till then......
