Mission Impossible - The Making

Our Dept Manager, Mr Boobalan is originally from India. He has been working with KNM for nearly 8 years and I think it's time for him to take one step higher from what he had now. He will not be promoted neither resigning out from KNM. As a matter of fact, he is actually will be leaving us, to more accurate our department but still with KNM to go back to his hometown and start another KNM branch there. This is one of his sales target to expand KNM project more wildely. He already tendered his allocation to India and his last day supposed to be by end of this week (31/01/2010).

So thats all how it started. Remember my post on the "Mission Impossible" project, as ussual ZT as a volunteer organizer setted up an idea to have a pot luck farewell party and assigned us with the food that we have to bring on that day. Below are our assignments :




Since sorang2 dh ade tugasan one day before the party, Fizah and I went to Tesco Cheras to buy our stuffs. Ye la mana ade experience nak masak dlm scale yg besar mcm nie kan. Nervous suma ade. Macam reality TV program lak, last week tugasan conduct aerobic, this week masak plak. I think I should done my own reality TV, mesti gempak. Huhuhu perasan lak. So after work, we straighted to Tesco to buy chickens first, 1 chicken for each of us to cut 16 pieces. Then br rencah2 nya like serbuk kari for Fizah, kentang, tomato and etc. Sampai2 je umah around 9.30pm, first thing that I'd done was to wash the chicken first. Then I prepared all the cooking equipments sebab kejap lagi nak berperang di dapur. So after this klas memasak bersama SAILORMOON akan bermula, we take a break first, I went to take a bath and rileks dulu. Around 11pm br program akan bermula.

i) Bahan2nya ayam yg di beli di tesco extra.


ii) Cuci bersih2 masuk dlm bekas


iii) My cooking tools. (Cili Boh, bawang2 yg siap ditumbuk, sos cili, tomato)


iv) Ha mula2 kasi make up ayam skit ngan bedak kunyit dan segala rempah2 ratus yg ade.


v) Saya tengah memasak, di mulai dgn menggoreng ayam. Then baru buat kuah masak merah so takkan masak nak amik gambo kan. Concentrate la beb...

vii) Sengaja asingkan dulu kuah ngan ayam. Esok baru mix supaya x bersepah nanti.


viii) Dapur kasi kemas. Finish cooking around 1.30am. Mission impossible accomplished. Br dapat tido lena.
